Refund policy

There are no returns/exchanges/refunds STRICTLY due to sanitary reasons, so be vigilante as to what you order! All of our products are hand inspected throughly to ensure our products quality. Please read ingredients carefully if you are allergic to any ingredients please do not order! 

If any irritation occurs discontinue use.

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges ON ANY ORDERS, due to sanitary purposes.

Order cancellation Policy:

Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after 24HRS will be denied. 

If an item is incorrect you will have 48 hours upon the delivery of your item to show a photo of the incorrect item. Then we can properly assess the situation.

 DAMAGED PRODUCT 

We are not liable for any damaged / lost/ stolen items. Please ensure you are giving the correct address while ordering and keep track of the tracking number provided. In any event it is lost please contact your local post office. Melted items are not damaged. If your product is melted please place in the fridge or in room temperature until solidified.
