Timeline: Please allow a processing window of 3–5 business days plus standard transit time for order arrival.

Address Verification: Recipients are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address; any errors requiring redelivery will incur additional shipping fees.

Chain of Custody: Skin of Wisdom is not liable for files (packages) once they are marked as delivered; the brand is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

SUBJECT: MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

Amendment Window: To request a modification or cancellation of your order, email support@skinofwisdom.shop within 24 hours of placement.

Finalized Records: Once an order has entered the processing phase, no further changes or cancellations can be authorized.

SUBJECT: RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility: Refunds are exclusively available for unused, unopened items in their original condition.

Statute of Limitations: We maintain a 14-day return policy; return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery timestamp.

Terms: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exclusions: All "Sale" items are considered final and are ineligible for return or refund.

SUBJECT: DEFECT RESOLUTION & DISCREPANCIES

Damage Claims: In the event of a damaged arrival, a claim must be filed promptly with USPS within 60 days of the mailing date.

Batch Variations: As our products utilize natural, high-potency ingredients, slight variations from batch to batch are documented evidence of our small-batch process and are not considered defects.
