• Amendment Window: To request a modification or cancellation of your order, email support@skinofwisdom.shop within 24 hours of placement.
• Finalized Records: Once an order has entered the processing phase, no further changes or cancellations can be authorized.

• Eligibility: Refunds are exclusively available for unused, unopened items in their original condition.
