Our Return Commitment
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days from arrival. Return the products within this period with customer-covered shipping fees. Refunds will exclude shipping costs. No returns on sale items.

Order Recovery Policy
Skin of Wisdom brand is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Customers must ensure correct delivery address. Wrong address requires additional shipping fee for redelivery.
